American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

We’ve been here a few times and Alex has helped us multiple times now. He’s very patient, personable, and engaging. He takes his time with our orders and special requests and has continued to provide very fun and memorable visits for us. And DUH, the ice cream is good. Plus, they have some merch! Grab a bracelet, keychain, scoop, or whatever else they have featured at checkout. The store is clean, stocked, and well-lit. Even with long lines, the staff powers through and keeps things moving as best they can. Overall, it’s just an awesome experience and deserves more recognition from how much usual foot traffic it receives!

I’ve been there twice now. This last time I met the owner Tom. He was AMAZING! He was very informative. Let me taste flavors, explained they had a 10% off when you follow them. I am so happy there is a Ben & Jerry’s close by! Their horchata shake is amazing! Tom told us there is another one, however they just don’t have as many shake options as that one. I recommend visiting!!! Love Tom there, he’s such a nice man!

Shoutout to Tom for his incredible and friendly customer service. He made sure to let us know about the new flavors and upcoming special they are having. Ordering was easy and the ice cream tasted very fresh. The store itself was clean and maintained as well. Definitely a great to stop into after a walk around the mall. Thanks Tom! :)

Ben & Jerry’s catered my grandma Carolyn’s celebration of life last month and Gabby and her team truly went above and beyond! If you knew my grandma, then you would know that she ALWAYS had Ben & Jerry’s in her freezer! It was truly her favorite and it only felt right to have Ben & Jerry’s at her celebration of life. Gabby Serna coordinated everything with me and also served at the event, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was kind, responsive, and so thoughtful throughout the entire process. This was a very emotional day for our family, and she truly helped make it feel special. She took incredible care of our guests and even stayed an extra hour just to make sure everyone was taken care of. She also followed up afterward and sent our family the sweetest package, which completely made our day. Because of Gabby and the experience she created for our family, we will absolutely be using Ben & Jerry’s again for future events. Highly recommend working with Gabby and her team!

Portions are high and so is the price(10 or 11 dollars before tax), i wish they had a smaller variant. We got the cookie cookie sundae which was rich in flavor and had a lot of chunks/bits of everything. Would get once in a while but wish they had a smaller version or share with someone
